You know what? I'm glad I'm starting at a good clean number to jump back into things. yesterday was very rough for me and Ive been constipated for the last couple of days (I don't know why, also sorry if this is too much information). I told me self just enjoy the night as much as possible and just start fresh tomorrow. I don't need the extra stress in my life.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
