150.6? 150.6!? I already regretted trying the new flavor of chips but this just adds to it. such regret. I know its only a little but this is maybe my 3rd time getting this close and then losing it (in a bad way). You can probably imagine how I feel. I know the number on the scale is arbitrary in reality, but it still feels important to me.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 October 2015:
1480 kcal Fat: 64.96g | Prot: 112.11g | Carb: 109.93g.   Breakfast: Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Kroger Pure Clover Honey, Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Dinner: Kikkoman Sweet Soy Glaze, Scallions or Spring Onions, Sesame Oil, Marukan Rice Vinegar, Cooked Chinese Cabbage (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Korean Rice Cake, Chicken Wing. more...

Ouch! Maybe the sodium in the chips is making you retain a little water, as well. Try drinking more water and cutting back on the salt!

I shouldn't have been eating them to begin with! I didn't need them :( I'm going to do better about not getting chips, I use to not crave them at all because I stopped eating them but one you give a mouse a cookie....But yeah I should be drinking more water regardless
