wow! Talk about close. I'm definitely going to need to be good if I want this weight to stay off. FS told me I couldn't return the the start date of my old diet which sucks. but at least III know that I lost over 14 pounds since July 25th!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
