Clackamas's Journal, 02 December 2009

I got a new scale and it is shows me about 3lbs heavier than the old one. According to the old one, I have lost 2lbs since last week.
199.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.6 lb a week

hey my scale was doing that to me, but i narrowed it down to that i had to measure myself in the same clothes that i previously measured my self in. I'm so big my jeans weigh about 3 lbs. and one day i measured my self in my boxers and it was 3lbs less, i thought it was a miracle but it wasn't sadly.
