I really indulged yesterday, I surprised I didn't gain as much weight as I thought it would. To be honest, I didn't add the big snack and two drinks I had. one of those days to actually be happy to have gained weight in the smallest way. makes it easier to get back on track now that all that pie is gone xp
151.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
