This is my brunch this morning:
2 pork tamales
3 pieces of chicken
3 cups coffee w/honey and ndc
1 cup water w/a little citrus punch for taste added




This is all the food that I had yesterday, exactly and in order:
3 cups coffee with honey and nondairy creamer
3 fried eggs and 2 pork tamales- yummy
1 slightly green banana large size
1 cup coffee ndc and equal
1 fish taco from Alberto's Mex drivethru
1 red apple, large
big tablespoon peanut butter(almost falling off spoon big!)
1/2 glass milk

Having told you the food intake part, I also rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes, 30 seconds, 4.7 miles and 202.6 calories burned.

The result is that this is my lowest weight in decades.

The website's algo's do not believe this and maybe you will not either, so I have two pics of my weigh in this am from different locations on the tile floor to prove it.





I think that I may hit that 170 figure now after all after holding around 175 for a while.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
