So here marks another year of success!

October 21 will be the anniversary of my year-long try at losing weight. I am excited to see what happens.

This weigh-in comes after about 3 months of real-life food and exercise in a new environment. I'm proud to say that in that 3 months I managed to lose another 15 lbs. It was a good test and an amazing victory to be able to be out at restaurants and having a good time and eating good food without making choices that were horrible for me.

My challenge now, for this year, will be maintenance. I've lost a ton of weight and I think that now it's time to focus on continued good choices and learning how to train and tone my body.

Let's see how this goes!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
