I have come to the conclusion that I have been eating to little... I lost but got to a point where I stood still... now that I have been eating more, but still within reason, I have started losing again.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 52.9 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week
