Lost one pound during take-off. Decided to incorporate more fish into my meal plan and change my veggies and fruits. We'll see how that goes. I'm not disappointed, just a little tired of two veggies & two fruit servings a day.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Great job Andrea, I will do TO prob next week...I am too busy this week with the kids sports to even try to starve myself...I will use the oranges and see if they work for me. Have a great week
