I thought for sure Thanksgiving was going to make the scale skyrocket, but luckily not. I'm really having a hard time understanding the link between eating and weigh-ins. Some weeks (like last week) it seems like I eat really well and the numbers go up. Other times I eat terrible (eek! Thanksgiving) and the numbers go down. I know a little fluctation is normal and I was at almost 137lbs a few months ago so I think overall it working. I'm not going to let myself get too discouraged.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sometimes the things we do this week, don't show up till next week. I think it depends on a whole lot of different things like how active we are, genetics, what kinds of foods we put in our bodies (some burn easier and fuel the metabolism better), sodium content,etc. All those things can change weekly. As long as your overall chart is headed downward, you are doing fine.
