still parents weekend. just enjoying myself, but man do I lose weight fast but gain it faster! I don't like how FS' indication that you're over your calorie count is a big red box. after today its back to the grind.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1528 kcal Fat: 72.68g | Prot: 72.00g | Carb: 165.56g.   Breakfast: Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Kroger Pure Clover Honey, Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch: Trader Joe's Breaded Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Meatless Quesadilla with Cheese. Dinner: O'Charley's Key Lime Tart, Cheese Filled Ravioli, Fried or Battered Breaded Floured Shrimp, Tomato Bisque. Snacks/Other: Pop Secret Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. more...
