a little dip down which always is a great way to start the day :)
was actually fairly surprised considering i didn't drink nearly enough last night (water of course...) and had a later dinner than anticipated as i suddenly had to go out. but closed my eating at around 9pm, which is fine since i only opened my eating window at 3pm.
so today i'll fast till around 2-3pm again.
