Back at school and back on track. Too bad I ran out of oatmeal before I left and didn't get a chance to stock up :< Gonna have some CHO for breakfast without the O.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
