I have been very ill and my body was way out of whack. Now I'm going back to normal so my weight should show that very soon

178.7 lb Lost so far: 62.3 lb. Still to go: 13.7 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I day later. Now my body is responding correctly. I ate wrong and enjoyed it. I expected weight gain but knew I would lose it but no my body lost another pound. Strange
