So I've decided to give everything to God. My stress, weight issue, problems all things.

I need to learn to be comfortable in my own skin. Love me as I am so I can become who I want to be.

I think I'm learning setbacks are sometimes necessary to become who God needs me to be and to be overall healthier person mentally spiritually and physically
205.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
