Edit: Newsflash! Just bought 33 waist dress slacks which fit perfectly! Thats 5+ inches downsize from when I began this journey in April. Also trying out 17, 17 1/2 dress shirt, hope it fits also.

This is extremely pleasing, I thought I would never ever get into 36's.

Close to target weight now.

Off work today and the plan is to get back to the ebook which is up to chapter 7.
Was on a tear writing the other day but had to quit to do the day job. Tried to pick it back up and got writer's block. This didn't help yesterday either. This is a link to my blog where I encountered a McDonald's stone wall. Sorry for the title which may be offensive to some.(Rating PG)

I woke up feeling a little hungry this am, I may just eat with reckless abandon today! Nah, just kidding. Got to begin the fast before the bloodwork in the morning around 8:45 tonight.

Brunch was a giant bowl of a chicken, pasta shell and cheyote soup. I thought those were diced up potatoes, not so. For carb reasons, jumped on exercise bike and rode for 30 minutes and burned about 210 calories.

Fast edit: dinner last night at a birthday party. Add an extra beef riblet andnote there is an enchilada under the veggies. Man that stuff tasted good! I am going up in weight in the am for sure.


176.2 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
