Same weight and did 12 hour overnight fast again with sugar level this am at 92 or technically still close to pre diabetic. Tomorrow night will fast for the bloodwork to be done Wednesday morning.

Celebrated by having two servings of steel cut oats with peanut butter, raisins and adrizzle of honey added. My guess 500 calories or so.

Told my girlfriend no need to cook, I will probably grab a Wendys chili today for lunch, if I get hungry that is by then.

She again told me not to get skinnier. After sleeping on it, stll plan to get to 175 by the 14th of October for doc visit but after that it will be maintenance and/or some sort of resistance exercise program for me and a dialing back of the aerobics to say 3 or 4 days a week instead of 5-6 as now.

Edit: 32 minutes on bike, 5.2 miles and about 211 calories burned. In a major shock my sugar was only 82 shortly after the ride and about one and a half hours after finishing the oatmeal.

Lunch a small Wendys chili plus an apple.
177.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
