Ouch! My bad. Two pieces of cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory! Sure was good, but sure is bad on the scale. Better luck next week.

188.9 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb. Still to go: 38.9 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.3 lb a week

They have a low carb option that won't be such a ding and is actually quite yummy! I eat half, and save the other half for later!
