The extra exercise did the trick yesterday. Despite the two big meals, my weight remained the same, 180.

Today's brunch was 3 eggs fried, about 7 fried bacon strips, a serving of refried pinto beans and a sauteed calabasas, green squash. Very tasty. Sorry to all the doubters out there but fat just tastes great! Try it, you'll see. And flash from the newsroom, going fat free is starting to fall out of favor with the medical establishment as more and more is learned about it.

I am pretty sure that I won't be getting any spike out of this meal, nosirree. By eating the protein, fat and fiber along with the mashed up beans, it will help with containing any glycemic load from the beans and the carbs that they contain. Sometimes the order that you eat things really helps.




Edit: 30 minutes on the exercise bike for 4.9 miles, burning 209.6 calories.

Blood sugar a couple of minutes later, 100.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
