Damm weight will just not move, driving me crazy.
249.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 September 2011:

watch the salt content in your food,keep it as low as you can for a week and see if that doesn't shake the scale down.cheese and bacon and processed foods can have enough sodium to make you retain water.I had to severely limit how much cheese I ate.Now bacon is rarely used.Good luck!

Thanks, you know I just saw this comment... Hmmm never thought of Bacon.. I have it alot...I will look at the sausages I use, and see how the two compare, thanks..
