Pleased with progress this week. I was teaching a class so being busy in front of a classroom made it easy not to eat as much. Limited to a b'fast, lunch and dinner that was planned out an adhered to. Tracked all my food this week also.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
