Hello and Happy Sunday FS!

Down another .1. Not great but I'll take it! 😄

Still tracking my foods. By doing so, I realize my net carbs are pretty high. And I thought I was doing great ... Need to watch it a little closer I guess to make better choices. I'm not going to beat myself up over it ... Just yet!

Motto this week ... Keep moving!
