I am excited that the pounds are disappearing... but I don't feel that my effort has been as good as it could or should be... I'm doing a lot of talking - but not always walking the talk. Damn - it's not easy to change bad habits... wish I had a wand or some ruby red slippers or something! LOL! Fortunately, we still have some time to go... and I'll get there! EASY PEASY! :-) I hope you are all doing good & being good! Hugs!
206.6 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Much easier to talk about what we're going to do---then do it! Had a wine tasting party yesterday---too much wine,cheese and crackers.Parties seem to do me in;how about you?
