I've realized that since September 10th I've pretty much been doing some sort of maintenance that is capable of changing into loss easily. Makes me feel better than I know why things are happening the way they are.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
