from my sleep journal:
9/16/15, 9pm 11g turmeric, 20g ginger juice; 10g lemon juice, black pepper, 2g magnesium citrate; sleeping on Lazboy recliner; Caldera Releaf CERVICAL COLLAR; 2 Valerian tincture & LIGHTS OUT AT: 9:20pm; woke up at 2:55 a.m. to pee, not feeling well. odd unease and fear. Heart issue?
Good sleep and dreams, 8 hours good sleep. no pain but had to use 'ball in sock' on upper spine. then after got up had pretty bad headache/neck pain, right side, and at 7am I had to take my turmeric/ginger pain cure! but pain completely gone by 7:35am.
