209 is my true start weight as I just started again on my diet very recently. I did however put in past weights since 218 and 214 was what I staid at for the longest. So in the last 6 mths or so I've lost these pounds without knowing.. I didn't weigh myself anymore as I assumed during my 'non' dieting times I was maintaining the 214-218.
Well hopefully my weight continues to go down!
