I stopped doing weight watchers and started eating more fruits and vegetables and walking at least 30 min for 5 days a week. And, since I was considered pre-diabetic, I'm doing the DASH Diet. The nutritionist said you can turn on the diabetic gene or turn it off. I choose to turn it off; aiming for my goal weight which is still considered obese, but I am trying to lose a little more than that; one goal at a time. :-)
