Well, 2.4 pound gain is not bad for a week vacation. I will now be back on again as I am home now and need to pick up where I left off. No goal this month as it is almost over, but will set one for October.
134.4 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
