a little dissapointed to be 172lb after a smashing few days of diet end exercise.
but it was flashing between 171 and 172 for quite a bit....so clearly it was close to a 1lb loss!!!! well I will tell myself that and have another super day anyway x
172.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you :) When you put it like that I feel very pleased x Te be fair it is also the TOTM for me, the first time in 2 years after i had my son! The healthy eating and exercise seems to have kick started my body again!! So i hope to see a few pounds disappear in a few days along with any weight I have shifted along the way x Oh the trials of being female!
