I have gained 15 lbs since I lasted weighted in, it's time to crack the whip, I want to be at 175 by November 29rh it's doable, just have to get back on track. I made up my mind today when I jumped on the scale and realized I had gained weight. 😂
190.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
