You might want to add some decaf green tea to your diet. It helps with weight loss. There is actually a herbal tea that helps with weight loss tremendously, but you'll have to add a little bit of another herbal tea that would be fragrant, like mint, for example. I am talking about stinging nettles. Now, I know it's not something that you can find in a regular store - heck, not even in a health food store. I used to get mine from mountainroseherbs.com until a couple years ago, after that I started growing my own (in pots, with great care because it can get invasive real fast). I checked and they still sell it. You might want to give it a try.

Oh yes forgot to say WHY add another fragrant herbal tea. Because it tastes like dry grass. No, I never ate dry grass but that is what it makes you think of when you drink it.

I found a list of "Metabolism Optimisers" in an old mag : 2 Apples per day; a handful of Almonds per day; Broccoli; Lo fat plain yoghurt ~ add honey or brown sugar; Canned Tuna; Edamame ~ boiled soybeans; Cottage cheese added to egg white omelette; Beef or Turkey jerky protein; Blueberries; Asparagus; Natural cheese with Butyric acid & wholegrain bread; Avocado; Lean meat; Water; Spinach Salad; Whey Protein & Oatmeal & blueberries for brecky ..... there's plenty of delicious foods on that list to boost your metabolism & introduce some nice new tastes to your menu ~ Good luck darlin'. ....
