Actually, I started my diet on January 5, 2015. I had just come back from the doctor's office and weighed 198 on their scale. That was with my heavy work shoes and clothes on. That seemed too high to me, but when I came I weighted the same on my scale. Usually I weigh myself in the morning when I'm undressed so I took my shoes and clothes off and weighed 194. That's when I decided to get my weight down to 1975, or what I weighed when I met my wife. That goal was reached two weeks ago. However, I injured my left foot about that time and haven't been able to exercise since then. The last weekend in August was bad because I attended back to back parties at Restaurants on Friday and Saturday so my weight ballooned up when I weighed in on Sunday morning. Also, I bought a new scale last week and my weight seems to read higher on the new unit. The foot feels pretty good today and I intend to resume my exercise program tomorrow.
175.3 lb Lost so far: 29.7 lb.    Still to go: 33.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
