No change in weight.

Now here is my breakfast of rolled oats with honey, raisins, Land of Lakes butter and milk added in a HUGE bowl. Checked my blood sugar which was 103 before eating and will exercise right after finishing on the bike for 30-45 minutes and then will recheck and post results here.



An hour after finishing the oatmeal(and 13 minutes after doing 40 minutes and burning 274 calories on the exercycle) my blood sugar was 148. No exercise and taking the Metformin it would have been 180+. 40 minutes later it was down to 118 and I am confident will go lower. For me, diet and exercise in conjunction with the prescribed drug, work well.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
