I finally broke 157! Which I find ironic considering how much I indulged yesterday.... caramel popcorn and 3 drinks? Maybe I just peed them out so quick it didn't matter. One can hope (sorry if anyone is actually reading this haha). Gonna work hard today to keep that progress.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
