I said I wasn't going to weigh-in until Sunday but I wanted to see anyway... looks like things are going well so far! This makes me very happy. This diet always surprises me because it seems that I'm not really dieting. I mean I eat what I want and I still lose weight... awesome!
141.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel the same way. I've been on WW before with great results and that's why I decided to do it again. Eat what you want and still lose weight. You can't beat that :-) Keep up the good work!

Do you know what my problem is? I want to weigh in every day! With all the ups and downs throughout the week I know it's not the right thing to do, but I guess it's now my obsession. But most importantly, I feel good about myself walking out of the gym and with my diet, no matter what the scale says or how I look in the mirror!

I know, I want to weigh in every day too! I will do it every few days though, I can't help it!!! I feel good when I leave the gym too, I should go back to doing that... it's just walking into the gym I don't like, lol.
