Damn potatoes and fried green beans. Lol.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

LOL. Yes, battered and deep fried. Soo good. I had them at TGI Fridays. They are soo good.

Yumm, TGI fried green beans! Probably more the potatoes though I would think due to the carbs, water weight. There's some recipes I've found online for baked cripsy green beans with a light coating, haven't tried any yet but I will.
