Am three kilos down on where I started - but only because of a nasty stomach bug - let see how much I can keep off now - seeing the changes these three kilos have made have kind of motivated me
132.3 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
