Damm... I know, it is my own fault.. I had popcorn.. I know I shouldn't have.... I did it... now I will be paying on the scale for a few days... I so want to get under 250 again... Hoping by Monday, if I am really good.
252.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 63.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
