Yes, logrando bajar. Ayer hice los intervalos corriendo y caminar y pesas pesado de hombros. Alimentacion llevado con fat secrets y no comi mucho. Maneje mi estre ayer luego del trabajo ejercicios, 8 versos y meditacion. Luego dormir. Esta trabajando.
