The picture below was my breakfast yesterday morning. By the way, I only ate about 40% of the beans. I washed the food down with about 4 or 5 cups of coffee, 2 of which I added a little honey for taste and non-dairy creamer.


I know the conventional wisdom is that diabetics should eat several spaced out smaller meals but that doesn't work with me and my schedule, I am eating one large meal, usually a brunch then a smaller one at night, followed by a spoon of peanut butter washed down with about half a glass of milk before bed.

So far it is working for me.

190.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
