Not happy at all with myself. My dog died on last week Friday, and for the next week I've been binge eating! I should stop al this emotional eating, finally I realised what I've been doing to myself. Need a new way to deal with my emotions. Any ideas? I'm back on the wagon again, trying hard not to exceed my daily allowance. Got the flu, like in bad, cant do any exercise, but I'm not gonna let that get me down. Thanks for al the support.
265.9 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 111.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I'm so sorry for you're loss :( It must be so difficult for you right now, especially while ill. Don't be too hard on yourself, it's hard to maintain control during difficult times. What works well for me is gentle yoga as it allows me time to reflect and focus. If you check out doyogawithme.com, they have a lot of free online videos to follow along.
