yeah its ok.....
170.4 lb Lost so far: 37.9 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

I'm sure you can have that cheat meal without major damage to your weight loss. All depends on what method of weight loss you are following.

why do we always want to have a cheat meal. :-) I told hubby the other day why if i see there was a drop in my weight i feel i must cheat and then i do cheat and then its back to the +1-2kgs again , then the new week again - the kgs i have gained i lose before the weekend then again gain due to cheat during the weekend. Well done on your drop Miss T

@Saige18 - because we want to indulge in those forbidden foods or we will go insane! lol. Not all weight loss methods incorporate a cheat meal. The problem with very restrictive methods is that you can only maintain the weight loss for the time one is strict and then people cant be strict their whole lives and the weight piles on again. Wouldn't it be awesome if one could eat anything they want(carbs and sugars included) and still lose weight then they wouldn't need that 1 cheat meal. . . oh wait! We have found a weigh(pun intended) to do just that!!! ;)
