Ayer me pese con nutricionista. Desde mayo 5, baje 4lbs y baje como 1.5% grasa. Estaba en 188 y 24.5% grasa. Anoche comi mas snacks y no pude hacer ejercicios.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
