Well no drop in weight this week however I am still eating under my RDI in calories. I guess it's STEADY I GO. I just have to stay the coarse and I am adding more walking started this morning. I get so much good advice and support here.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It looks like you may not be eating enough. Anything under about 1400 calories per day could send your body into starvation mode. Meaning that your body starts to store fat instead of shed it. If this is all you ate that day then you aren't eating often enough either. You should have 3 small meals and 2 snacks every day to keep your metabolism going. That in addition to regular exercise and LOTS of water should help you lose that weight in no time!

I just now saw your comment about not eating enough. Thank you tiffa5ny. I can use all the help I can get. I am pretty new to this and I appreciate all the advice I can get. I was keeping calories down cause I can't exercise due to 2 back surgeries in 3 months.Please ...I need all the help I can get and I WELCOME IT !!
