It was such a small change but still enough to feel a bit frustrated and say, "really?" I was so good yesterday, even spinning two days in a row but it didn't have much of an effect. hopefully it's just muscle gain. The scale doesn't tell all.
158.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
