I quit monitoring my foods and quit exercising. I also went back to some of the easy prepare foods as well. Time to get back to paying attention to what I eat and how I prepare my foods.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
