I just need to exercise; summer is not my favorite season; It's almost over, so let's get it together!
169.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you've had a great weight loss! You re over half way there! I agree, I need to exercise more too, but I hate the heat of summer and the cold of winter! hehe

Sorry that you aren't a summer fan. I do have to exercise indoors due to health issues when it's hot. Try some fun youtube videos. There are tons of them out there with equipment or not. Just type in search for the type of exercise you want pilates, yoga, zumba, whole body with dumbells, stability ball. Watch them first to see if it is one you will like and can do, some are way out of my league that's for sure, LOL/

thanks so much you guys! have a glorious weekend! I'm going to look online for things I can do on my own and I did check out the planet fitness near here; not bad; actually for $10 / month it's pretty good!

I love my planet fitness membership, it's about 10 miles from me so it helps for me to have some things to do at home as well. If you do planet fitness take advantage of some of the free training sessions. The class for abs is a good one as is the 360 one, and also the free sessions with the trainer to set up a program just for you. Like this week I'm off but really don't want to spent the time to drive there an hour at the gym, it will eat up at least an 1.5 hours if not more.
