Started my return back with intermittent fasting and low carb, high fat. I tried 3 day fasts. I did 2, but were shifting back to do only 36 hr fasting windows. I will like that much better. My love feed days. I consume up to 1800 calories. My current goal is get under 200. I started this month 220 lbs. I'm 205.2 lbs. VERY motivated, and excited.
205.2 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
