OK, these last few ounces are sticky little buggers! only three tenths more and I get to the next number! Loss of inches is slowing down too. Only 3.5 inches lost this month. But everything is going in the right direction slooowwwllly. I really have to pick up my gym level. My ab scar just still looks so angry and that hernia keeps trying to poke out and it scares me. I just need to get over it! That plus I'm lazy. But I really feel so good when I do the gym! But then I end up eating fast food and negate everything! We really need to prepare better for this - make enough foods on off days to have food prepared for gym days. Just have to start making that a reality.
180.2 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 60.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

As you know, planning ahead is key. It is a challenge but well worth it!

You are doing great! Remember even little progress is still progress ;) Hope you keep up the faith and work on planning what you will do to reach your goals. It's hard for sure, but I find plans help me from waver.

I see the changes in you, you have lots more energy and are not having to spend whole days in bed anymore. We will get back to the gym soon, sometimes life just gets in the way of the best laid plans hon. Just remember that you are royalty and can do anything!

I agree with Greg....you are the daughter of the most high God and he will help you as he sees your needs. Your body has been through a lot and sometimes it just needs time to heal. I am sure that both you and Greg will get a good plan going soon. I will be in your corner cheering you on and praising God for every victory! Hugs!

Thank you all! I do get impatient. Always want to do everything yesterday. Compared to a year ago the difference is huge and I am very thankful for that.
