Reduci el peso a 184. Baje la sal del pop corn. plato veggie un poco grasoso stuffed shell. Comiendo manzana, yes snack. Hice hombros ayer fuerte y hoy caminar 1hr 30min. Medi cintura 38" y caderas 41.6" ratio .91 . Continuar trabajando con cintura y % grasa. pecho 39.25". va bien la cosa. weekend largo tener cuidado food.
